Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped in non-descript, discreet packaging. With standard shipping, orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days following order and payment. Some items may take longer.
Items that are temporarily back-ordered and out of stock will be noted.
Items are shipped via USPS.

Customer satisfaction is always our priority and goal. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot allow returns unless the item is damaged upon receipt. We choose our products based on quality reviews and feedback from our manufactures and product testers.
All sales are final on items purchased unless found defective within 15 days of purchase date. Defective items can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value, or store credit will be issued. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are issues with your product. You will be issued a return label; once we receive and test the issue, a credit will be issued if the product is found defective.
